This event brought together thought leaders working in digital identity, Fintech, Healthcare, and e-Government, convening a unique group of people from around the world to further the work being done on e-Identity, to explore the future, and to see e-Identity in action as part of Estonia’s e-Government services.
The program featured discussion panels rather than keynotes, with thought leaders developing ideas in groups, rather than an audience listening to presentations.
Highlights included a tour of Estonia’s e-Government, high-level networking, and discussion. Panellists included the international Advisory Group to Estonia’s e-Residency program, global experts in the policy, tech, and business aspects of Digital Identity.
The third day featured a hackathon run by Blockchain experts Trent McConaghy and Juan Benet. The Hackathon on topics around Blockchain and Identity, with a focus on Estonia.
I was the main organiser of the event from the Estonian side.
