My key expertise is around go-to-market strategy and execution from the perspective of go-to-market for the first market (new product/service) as well as go-to-market for expansion purposes (new countries or verticals). This is something I have worked with in my previous life both in my own startups as well as as a business development manager in a corporation so I’m talking strongly from my own experience and have plenty of illustrative examples and stories to share.
