Practus Digital Governance Center was founded in cooperation with Practus, an experienced Estonian public administration training company. Cooperation emerged from a desire to provide a service to our international partners who wished to learn from Estonian experience, meet with digital governance counterparts and use elements of Estonian public services and solutions in their own countries. An exchange between organisations that face similar challenges in very specific fields can lead to a transfer of innovation that Practus Digital Governance Center was asked to facilitate.
Practus Digital Governance Center was focused on three main services around Digital Governance – Delegation Hosting, Training Programs and Consulting.
As a co-founder of the venture, I was responsible for the private sector perspective, marketing and media relations.
Resolution: After working with several countries and their public sector representatives, the general manager (and co-founder) of Practus Digital Governance Center was invited to lead similar initiatives in the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research thus operations under the entity were discontinued in 2020.
