As I saw plenty of misunderstandings about mobile business in the Estonian private sector, I decided to address those issues by organising a conference targeting specifically Estonian business people and entrepreneurs aiming to inspire and educate through great examples, specific case studies as well as hands-on workshops.
Together with top speakers in the field, the Estonian Mobile Applications Expo and Estonian Mobile Awards, the event hosted around 150 people from the business, marketing and IT fields. Estonian biggest telecommunications company Estonian Telecom actively partnered with the summit. During its presentation, Uber announced, for the first time, its plans to expand to the country, and Timbeter, a famous Estonian mobile startup, announced a significant investment round. Estonian media actively participated in discussions.
